Continuing. Dark slender-winged (with whitish shafts) bird relentlessly chasing Ring-billed Gulls. Seen forcing gulls to drop fish on several occasions, when it swooped down to claim it. Style of flight much more aggressive and fast with much sharp banking and steep swooping. Caught glimpse a few times of pointy central tail feathers. Smaller head & bill than gull. Kept it locked in scope for about 15 min but could not digiscope until it landed on the water (doc photo attached). Several other birders present (including J. Dinsmore).
