Abieticola ssp with classic thick blotchy belly band widest at flanks, dark head and throat with "dribbles" down into the upper breast. This is an adult bird, and I believe the wide, dark and blotchy pattern of the belly band (no streaks) rules out borealis or borealis intergrade.
