One banded: Pink over violet / Orange over red "This bird (pv:or) hatched and fledged from Oceano this year (2025) and this is the first reported sighting of it outside of Oceano!" (Amber Clark, Enviromental Scientist, Oceano Dunes District).--- "We saw this bird first on 11/19 on two different beaches. I did notice yesterday that the bird was not using it’s right leg fully – didn’t see anything noticeable around the bands. We will keep an eye on it. " (Jodi Isaacs, Enviromental Scientist, San Luis Obispo District).
