Adult males in winter plumage. Reportedly first observed by Sherman Suter in Potomac River opposite Rivergate City Park, Alexandria. Relocated by Joan Mashburn further north on Mount Vernon Trail leading toward old Alexandria Power Plant (aka eBird hotspot "stakeout Prairie Falcon").
