Continuing bird found by homeowner. Lifer! Super excited to finally see this bird! Hatch-year Male as ID’d by Allen Chartier while banding. The only way to differentiate this bird from the Allen’s species is in hand, measuring the tail feathers. Outer tail feathers are wider on a Rufous. Bird came out at 11:10,11:40,12:00. I left at 12:03. Much thanks to Kirby Adams for getting the word out and the Homeowner for graciously allowing us to view the bird. A chair is there to take onto the corner to view the bird if needed. No need to contact the owner, all he asks is just park at the end of the driveway by the barn. Photos to follow.
