rare, but 1-2 individuals have wintered around here for many years (corrected from “1-3” on 22 Nov 25, per feedback from Doug Gochfeld and review of records in eBird). With Atlantic (Pale-bellied) Brant and similar in jizz, but: slightly larger, mostly white head and body, pink legs, dull pink ares on bill; ph.
