*Early? | Continuing two individuals seen simultaneously. Immediately upon my arrival a jogger flushed both birds off of the fishhook pier onto the public beach. Both viewed and photographed at the beach alongside 25+ observers. One bird flushed to the foster beach pier tower by an off-leash dog, the other flew back towards the base of the fishhook pier as light faded. Seemed to have left a pellet? Many photos.
