Pale color Red-tailed Hawk. Seen perched within a few hundred feet of this location for the past 4 days. Got to view in more detail and get a photo today. Almost all white chest with white extending up onto the head. Patchy dark and light back. Red tail seen in flight. Unable to approach closer than 100 feet without hawk taking flight.
