Checked with other birders and the overwhelming consensus is LBDO. Should have gone with my initial hunch (see what I did there) due to the individual’s behavior (feeding hunchbacked). Timing also seems to indicate LBDO, but timing is becoming less relevant in these days of climate change (Baird’s sandpiper Nov ‘22, for instance, or my ANHI Oct 15). The loral angle also seems to indicate LBDO, as it is rather shallow, creating a flatter, sweeping appearance on the forehead, rather than a steeper profile that would be seen on a SBDO.
