Continuing bird. This was my 5th attempt and almost didn't happen. While on my way to the site Groves and Russell contacted me and said they had eyes on. Seconds before I got there a Coopers came in and everything went silent for about an hour. We kept scanning the area behind 351 Wallace and the birds were finally coming out but no GRPE. I turned around to the pecans at the east and there it was, giving great looks for about 20 minutes. Shaggy crest, yellow underparts, large bill with orange lower mandible, olive green back with wing bars.
