Chris Dean found 4 this morning. in addition to this bird, there were 8 small terns plunge diving 30 yards out in the water. At least 2 looked good for Common tern to me based on wing-pattern and extend of dark on head, 4 I believe were Forster's (black mask), and 2 I couldn't tell. Lighting was bad and I didn't have a camera besides my phone,
