Showing well this am and vocalizing regularly, heard/described as an 'angry Canada Goose'. Recordings added. Video available. Finally caught up with this ABA MEGA, having missed it in Maine, a couple of years ago. Sitting on a horizontal log, high above the Bald Eagle's nest and to the left. Huge eagle, larger than a Bald Eagle. Massive yellow bill, especially the upper mandible, tawny brown neck and shoulders fading into a darker brown body, white carpal/shoulder area on folded wings, white leading edge of wing, seen well in flight, white wedge shaped tail, thighs white at back, brown at front. Yellow tarsus. Magnificent! MObs.
