Likely 2Y (first summer). Incoming p10, inner pp worn, primary molt likely suspended over winter, no inner pp from PA1(?)

Surprised at the number of (likely) SY individuals present, but maybe this is normal. SY traits include combination of "nonbreeding" head pattern, mostly dark bill, delayed outer pp molt compared to older ages (one definite SY with retained juvenile outer pp, others growing p10). 2-3 individuals had completely dropped median coverts.
