Exact count improving on previous days effort finding more birds and nests on other side of the Highway. The number is likely closer to 100 given there are some birds not visible on nests or obscured from view. Several birds seen carrying nesting material and at least 10 fresh Juvs indicating breeding has been going on here for several This might be largest number have been reported at a single site in some years in NT with last reference have found to this many was back in early 1990's when there was an influx into Darwin region.
