2 pairs of large alcids actively diving close to shore and making a high pitch almost whistle like sound. They came in close enough that I was able to get a good look of their distinctive bill. I tried to take some photos with my phone (no camera today) as I was surprised to find this species. Seen at Seely Point lookout
