First seen by Sam Deane yesterday. I located it at the top of a dead tree across the road from the Overlook parking area. It was actively hawking insects and returning back to the same spot. Light throat, dark gray vest, white stripe on its belly, white patches visible on rump. It was fairly far away and lighting was bad but was able to get some pics for identification.
