Détails de l'observation
Putting this description under both Gray-cheeked and Swainson’s Thrush. Have pictures and will upload. Saw one Thrush at first and got some pretty poor pictures, but bird flew down and (another?) thrush flew back up. Thought I was looking at the same bird but looking at pictures right after, first pictures shows a grayer face with incomplete eyering suggesting Gray-cheeked although these pictures are not great. Bird disappeared behind bushes and I thought it had been the same bird to fly back up, however the bird that flew back up definitely shows buffy eyering and less gray face suggesting Swainson’s. These pictures are a little better than what the first ones, but I do think there were two different birds. **Update: confirmed on Facebook “What’s This Bird?” for two different birds.
