Détails de l'observation
*Expected here but good count. All a bit smaller and smaller-billed than HERGs. Three juvenile Kumlien’s-types with pale creamy plumage and wingtips, pristine juvenile scapulars and coverts, completely black bills. One juvenile Thayer’s-type, dark brown overall with just off-black wingtips (noticeably lighter than the wingtips of the few HERGs still in full juvenile plumage) along with retained scapulars and small black bill. At least one 2cy tweener thing (more on the THGU side) with lighter wingtips and tail band than HERGs. Two adult Kumlien’s-types with pale gray webbing on the wingtips. At least one (almost certainly two) adult Thayer’s-type with near-black webbing and extensive white tongues in primaries, well-marked head, slightly darker mantle than HERGs. Photos of some
