We heard it a few separate occasions, series of regular spaces metallic call notes. It first called when I was there early about sunrise. Later it crossed 26th to the south side of street, about the third house along the block if coming from the east. Thanks to Jordan, the original finder who posted on Reddit, a very nice guy who we met this morning. Others have encountered very nice homeowners in the neighborhood thus far. Birding from the road has been without issue. Beautiful male Hooded Warbler with black throat extending around to the cap, olive back and wings, yellow below; white outer tail feathers noted in one blurry flight shot.
