Not 100% sure about this one. Maybe second cycle "Cook Inlet gull". Intermediate gray primaries. At first I thought it was a WEGU hybrid, but mantle is too light and has yellow eye. Bill has coloration of subadult Glaucous-winged, but is bulky like a Herring Gull. Of course, I don't know gulls, so please provide any corrections.
