Two medium-sized birds were seen harassing an immature-plumaged Sharp-shinned Hawk at Smith Spring, light gray in color with black wings with white edges and long, pointed bills making harsh, raspy calls. One of them flew down to drink water, providing an excellent opportunity to take the attached images.
