Commentaires
This one shows how the right wing is practically dragging on the ground.
Détails de l'observation
Continuing on the north end. It was at the north parking area with Canada Geese. It was smaller than I expected, maybe 2/3rds the size of the CANG. Fat Yellow legs were the first thing I noticed. Following that, it was the bill with a black tip, a thick yellowish band in the middle, and then dark again to the culmen. The body was brownish overall, with a whitish belly. I’m not sure if it’s already been commented on, but the right wing appears to be injured because it was drooping a bit and it couldn’t lift it to its body. The bird also seemed to walk in a way that was compensating for it. I noticed the strange walking before I noticed the wing.
