Commentaires

This Rufous-necked Snowfinch shows the distinctive head pattern of the species, with black eye-line and submoustachial stripe, white throat, and reddish band on neck-sides. Pyrgilauda ruficollis is common on the Tibetan Plateau, its range nearly perfectly coterminous with the Rooftop of the World. Craig Brelsford took this photo 29 June 2016 at the base of Tit-Warbler Mountain (36.766994, 99.667711).
