Détails de l'observation
Reddish-backed, yellowish-breasted sparrow with clear contrasting eyebrow. Flagged for Harnett County, and deservedly so for most parts of the county, but not uncommon in open, regularly burned pinelands. The woods on either side of this road are restricted access to foot traffic, but I believe the road itself is publicly accessible. The location is just outside Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg) just across the county line from Cumberland Co. The road is well-maintained gravel, and there are no markings to not drive on this road (cf. the many roads on the base that are restricted for military movement). 4-5 other cars used the road in the hour I was there.
