Example of smaller flocks of double-crested cormorants spread out among banks located in Falls Lake.

Large flocks with estimated 550 in one area and smaller groups between 50-150 spread apart. The larger group was located around the area 36.078615, -78.794637 in the water and flying low along bank edges. The group spread across the south to the southwestern coastline by the railroad bridge located at 36.077680, -78.792638. More flocks uncounted further in Falls Lake towards the Northside.
