Détails de l'observation
We heard the raven first and managed to track it to a pine tree near the back of the lake. The thick, heavy bill and shaggy neck feathers and distinct voice (not to mention the sheer size of the bird) made it easy to identify. We had at least one more circling (and vocalizing) that section of the lake at the same time. And I have a photo of at least two ravens flying together - the wedge-shaped tails are clear.
