Détails de l'observation
A chickadee like bird, very tiny, stubby black bill, yellow breast patch with black streak below it, light blueish overall with a crest, black line through the eye, dark blue wings with one large white wing bar. See photo. I was watching a fairly good pocket of warblers and vireos when I kept hearing a strange bird call. Finally after a few minutes, out pops this tit! I immediately started snapping pictures to document it. It flitted about several open branches and continued back into the thicket. It was hanging with 3 Black-capped Chickadees and moved about with them. It seemed fully alert and wild, not tame at all. I get it's probably not a wild bird from Europe, but just documenting what I saw.
