Commentaires
G. a. scotti. A loud "wee-eek" often repeated, sometimes increasing volume by one or more birds. It is then picked up and repeated by other groups, until a whole valley, or glen, is resounding. These birds also had a grouse-like "thump" at times that I failed to record. Gallirallus australis are very common on Ulva Island. These birds call mainly in the morning and dusk. Other Behaviors: Establish Flock Contact.
