Détails de l'observation
Probable Siberian Stonechat based on small size and no white visible at the base of the tail feathers. Much rarer in Kuwait as Caspian Stonechats, although the reason for this may be the fact, that this two species are not easy to separate unless you have good views (pictures) of the tail pattern. The subspecies hemprichii is easier to tell apart by the Wheatear like tail pattern. The subspecies variegatus, also formerly known as armenicus, is much more similar to maurus as it shows sometimes only a little white at the base of the tail feathers. Variegates is the biggest of the three subspecies.
