Feeding on Rock Pigeon.

Carrying around then perched oddly close by on a telephone pole to destroy a pigeon carcass. About ten minutes later it relocated down the beach on the sand just yards from where we were standing. Passed over me again about 15 mins later on Mineola Ave, no longer carrying anything.
