Continuing rarity originally found by Frank Marenghi on 1/30/20. The bird was moving around a lot during the day. Early in the morning it was at the very southern point along the sea wall and I saw it again as I was leaving in the afternoon not far from the trail head at the north end of East Rd. It tended to stick to the very sunny areas early on, always hunting from low perches at the edge of the trails, sometimes grabbing insects from the ground.
