Two adults are bringing nesting materials to the nesting box. This video took place over about 40 minutes with about 5-10.....minutes between each delivery. I edited out the space between deliveries but kept the time that the birds spent inside the nesting box unedited. Adults have nested here in years past--see other video and photos of mine for feeding activities and a view of the inside of the nesting box after fledging.Hopefully this mating pair will lay eggs in this nest and I will film their feeding activity and the fledging--if I'm lucky to catch it. The nesting box is on its side because originally a pair of wrens laid their eggs inside the box before we mounted it--and we did not want to change the orientation. They have enjoyed having it in this position--so we kept it this way. Elevation: 119 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
