an unidentified race with certainty. The lack of a wing bars and the dark black cheeks were the key to consider it a Ssp......similis which should not occur in NE Venezuela, unless has an unknown migratory pattern. Nevertheless, it could also be an undescribed race or a plumage not described for Ssp. columbianus. Elevation: 2307 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
