Commentaires

Female Eastern Osprey perching and eating a Yellow-eyed Mullet. The Peel-Harvey Estuary supports several pairs of Eastern Ospreys. The shallow waters of the estuary provide ideal fishing conditions for the birds, and there are several nests in tall Tuart trees (Eucalyptus gomphocephala) that fringe the estuaries. Elevation: 0 m.
