A male Cobalt-rumped Parrotlet (formerly Blue-winged Parrotlet) feeding on Buffalo Grass. This tiny, cryptic parrotlet was feeding on a Buffalo Grass lawn in the grounds of the hotel in Iguazú Falls National Park. Elevation: 209 m. Date added to IBC: January 12, 2018.
