Commentaires

Several females feeding on seeds on a foot path, in the second shot the male is briefly seen. The name Quailfinch is a derivative of its behaviour. At a disturbance it first goes flat on the ground, before flying away at the last moment. It then lands not to far away. This same behaviour is executed by the Quail. Elevation: 12 m. Date added to IBC: June 22, 2016.
