Found by Maggie & Eric Carpenter; plegadis ibis in alternate with sky blue border of facial skin terminating at the eye and not extending post-ocular. Also noted greenish tint to the head, differing from the more brown-headed White-faced Ibis. Legs darker with little pink. Bill seems more horn-colored than the grayish bills of WFIB. Seen off Post Oak Rd in the flooded field to the west of the road. Came fairly close and was seen eating earthworms.
