NOTES: four types of alarm calls [Despite a bit of variability in pattern and quality, this cut contains primarily low-intensity "Alarm Calls" following the terminology of Connors et al. (1993. Auk 110:9-20). There are also several high-intensity "Alarm Calls" (1:46, 2:03, 2:06, 2:20, and 2:23). Note also that spectrograms for many of the low-intensity calls recorded at Churchill look more like those published for the calls of P. fulva than those of P. dominica, suggesting somewhat more variability in these calls than previously realized.
