Located at 42.581792,-92.479411, half a mile or so north of the shooting range. Flew across the path and perched close to the creek. I came back to the area at 10:40 and played some calls, and it immediately swooped down out of the tall conifers and started calling back. Gray thrush with a white eyering and white outer tail feathers. I am familiar with this species, having seeing it in Wyoming this August. First Black Hawk County record!
