Behaketaren xehetasunak

Large herring-type gull with prominent white on the face and front. Presumably a juvenile bird due to dull and mottly coloring. Flew a little, then landed on the water about 300 ft offshore in drizzling rain. Could only get iphone photos through binoculars.
