This sighting was in private open space with no public access. Immature. With mixed flock in riparian zone. Small warbler with short tail. Yellowish throat and yellow wash onto breast with faint bluish collar (most pronounced at sides of neck), bluish head with pale eye arcs and a not too distinct dusky eyeline, bluish above, wings with two wingbars with the anterior bar appearing shorter than the posterior bar.
