Singing from tall Pines on west side of pond. Pink legs, I never got a look at markings on head. Originally listed as Worm-eating Warbler. Photo giving me Chipping Sparrow vibes, especially the tail. Whatever it was, bird was acting like on territory. Would be out of range for Worm-eating. But that side of the pond isn't Chipping Sparrow habitat.
