Watched the family for approximately 3 hours while kayaking around the pond. One adult stayed with the two chicks the entire time. The other adult left multiple times and flew to Mud Pond???. Took to the air and had to circle the pond twice before getting enough height to clear the trees. Did not appear to return with food. Witnessed feeding of the chicks by the solo bird at least twice.
