Early 2nd-cycle bird. Unless it is a very small female, it's not a GBBG. The bill is also a bit dainty. I've worked with GBBGs in New England and have had them in hand, and this bird just seemed smaller than what I remember them being. The plumage doesn't seem super diagnostic, however, which might be where the confusion is coming from on this individual. Leg color not diagnostic on younger gulls of this size.
