Continuing. Viewed essentially point blank on one of the beaches along the bike path, about halfway between the parking lot and hunting creek bridge, coordinates 38.78615° N, 77.05380° W Smaller, stubbier appearance and lack of black lining the mouth confirm it as Ross's rather than Snow Goose. Went up to Hunting creek bridge after viewing it and on the way back it was gone.
