We were in the kitchen and Tina spotted an immature perched on the deck railing next to the feeders. As soon as we moved to get a closer look it flew away. A few minutes later it returned and perched on an ash tree in the middle of the yard. Tough to tell if it is the individual that has been hanging around the neighborhood. Comparing this photo to previous photos, where the bird was more fluffed up because of colder temperatures, it certainly looks like it could be. Gray, overcast afternoon, so not the best light for a photo, but one is included.
