Has white collar. See comments in list. Partial leucistic.

"Collar. " Possibly the same bird recorded here last December and this May. Also fits description of bird seen by M Schwan here the previous fall. Partial leucistic. Rest of body fits mixed ORJU/SCJU or so call cis montanus/Cassier. Sides are more grayish than an typical summer bird here but has a nice contrasty hood with back. Light or more like lack of light of each photo affects how the plumage looks this of year.
