Rare | Continuing bird—a number this fall in Penobscot county. Foraging on mudflats with a big group of Canada Geese until a Bald Eagle spooked them all back to the water. Brown goose with splotchy black belly, orangey bill and legs, and white feathering around the base of the bill. Photos.
