Initially staked out at the stump for 45 min then decided to cruise around (extremely dead activity levels where I was). Eventually spotted some farm activity harvesting corn southeast of 1700N and 1400E and wondered if the falcon might be there to wait for rodents flushed from the field, and that’s where the bird ended up being, perched at the corner at (39.6232329, -88.2137336). Picked up and circled for a while; I left while she was still circling.
