Detalles de la observación
Two males recorded singing below the diversion dam, with very similar-sounding songs. Photographs of the male who was farther upstream, with an insect (apparently grasshopper) in his beak. He was making short-duration, high-pitched "sip" calls frequently, as well as singing (!) softly during this time. I backed off to approx. 40 m away and waited, and he eventually dropped down into the vegetation, presumably with the insect still in his beak.
